Stuck In A Moment (Ciclo: Los discos de mi vida)

Era la segunda vez que pasaba por allí -la primera dispuesto a comprar- y, la verdad, no me fiaba mucho. Iba por recomendación de un amigo, sin embargo, no se trataba del trabajo al margen la legalidad sino las condiciones en que se encontraba aquél cuartucho que parecía sacado de una película de veinteañeros norteamericana y de las pintas de la persona que regentaba el "local" -por llamarlo de alguna forma-. Creo recordar que no abrí la boca en todo el rato y que fue mi amigo quien habló por mi. Tras entregar el precio pactado y tras un largo rato de cháchara entre mi amigo y aquél extraño personaje, salí de allí dispuesto a quemar aquéllo por lo que había pagado: un cd de color dorado marca Samsung en el que figuraba, escrito con un permanente escaso de tinta, un nombre y una frase: "U2 - All that you can't leave behind".

Sinceramente, creo que ese fue el momento en el que me convertí, oficialmente, en un melómano. No recuerdo cuales fueron las razones que me incitaron a conseguir el álbum, quizá la influencia de otro amigo (que mas tarde me acabaría pasando los 3 primeros discos de la banda) o quizá aquélla versión del peor tema del álbum que fuera incluido en una película para adolescentes pajilleros, a saber. Lo que si recuerdo son las razones, las 12 razones, que me hicieron desgastar el dibujo del botón "play".
